These are so soft and light. My absolute favorite sugar cookie ever!

  1. Cream margarine and sugar.
  2. Beat in eggs.
  3. Add sour cream and vanilla and beat well.
  4. Add the rest. I like to work it with my hands at this point.
  5. These don't need to be rolled to thick as they puff up very nicely.
  6. Roll out approx 1/4 " and cut.
  7. Bake at 325 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Let cool on wire rack.
  9. Glaze or put frosting on as desired as these aren't a sweet cookie.
