Very good served on hot broccoli and asparagus. Excellent on baked potatoes.
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 green onion, minced
- Combine all ingredients.
- Pour over your favorite vegetables or baked potatoes.
Didn't care for it on potatoes, but it was excellent on broccoli. My husband took one bite and said.....Ummmmm... This is a keeper.
This was very good, with a nice tang to it. DH loved it. I'm a die hard sour cream fan, so I'm picky about messing with it, but this was good. I didn't love it on baked potatoes, but it was amazing on asparagus and broccoli, you're right. It made a lot, so it would be a good one for when company is coming.
