I tried this recipe when I was looking for something to make so I wouldn't have to go to the store! The family really liked it and it will be a keeper. The only thing I will change next time is to either cut back on the corn starch a little or add some more liquid - it got pretty thick but other than that the flavor was really good..

This is delicious. A bit spicy, so I added a brick of 1/3 less fat cream cheese and 1/4 c. brown sugar, and then 1/4 c. sour cream for that tangy touch. I did not add the corn starch. My daughter who is a gourmet cook was visiting and she dubed it as "awesome." It's definitely one I'll do again and will take to church dinners.

Nice and easy to prepare. Mine only took about 2 hours to cook, but my crock pot is very hot. Wasn't too spicy for my toddler. next time I'll skip the cornstarch.

This is one of my "go to" recipes. I use 1/2 cup sour cream, but otherwise my recipe is exactly the same. Thanks for posting!

Really good, and so easy! Flavors are great and I love how the cornstarch is used to make a nice thick sauce. Will use the extra chicken tomorrow for tacos. Thanks!

DH enjoyed this, I thought it was ok. But the kiddos didn't like it. Which surprised me because they like all the ingredients. It was simple to make, and would be good for a busy day. I guess DH gets the leftovers all to himself.

Since I'm a working mom with two very active children, I'm always looking for crock pot recipe's. This turned out very good. Served this with some spanish rice then off to soccer practice! This is great for those busy week nights because it's very easy to put together before I go to work. Yes, this does work even if the chicken is still frozen before you put it in the corck pot!

Excellent! Everything you could ask for. It was flavorful without being too spicy for the kids, creamy without being heavy, tender, juicy, and a real family pleaser! I used 99% fat free boneless skinless chicken breast tenders that were frozen. I cooked it on low for 7 hours and it was the most perfect chicken I've ever had in a crock pot! I've found that the texture can be gummy sometimes, but these tenders were perfect. A delicious, healthy meal that I feel good feeding my family. Thanks for posting!

This was surprisingly good. I used a tomatillo salsa which is green and it worked really well and the flavor was nice. The chicken was a little tuff or I would have given it five stars.

This was very good. I even used fat free sour cream. My boys ate it on a tortilla and I liked it plain. We will be making it again!

I like this because it is really low fat, easy and delicious. I've made it twice and the second time I added 2 tsp. of liquid smoke so it tasted like the tomatoes in the salsa had been roasted. Thank you!

This is a really good recipe! It tastes really good, I have one child who hates anything even slightly spicy- but she gobbled it up, We couldn't believe our eyes! This will definitely be made again in our home.

I made this yesterday, Putting it all in the crock pot was super easy,I had it on high for 4 hours, but I only had 3 chicken breasts, the edges of my sauce got a little burnt but thats probably from my own error, and it didnt effect the taste at all! I didnt add the sour cream or cornstarch water mix because I was in a rush to have dinner before heading out, but the main point is that tasted fantastic! Everyones plate was clean and the chicken was beautifully tender, Will definitley make this again!

This was a big hit with my family. Not too spicy and not too mild. I doubled the recipe and shredded the leftovers for enchiladas the next day. This will go in my "keepers" recipe box to be enjoyed again.
