Taken from Supermarket calendar. Easy and delicious. This is wonderful served for breakfast or dinner. If desired, may be iced with sugar glaze or topped with fruit.

Excellent recipe for a quick and easy pound cake. From mixing to oven to eating was less than an hour. The cake was very moist and turned out beautifully. I made it in a bundt pan and it was just the right size for the small group I was serving.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (18 ounce) box butter recipe cake mix
  • 34 cup oil
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 teaspoon lemon extract

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  2. Grease bundt pan.
  3. Pour all the ingredients into a bowl and mix until fluffy.
  4. Bake for 40 minutes.
