  1. Beat eggs well.
  2. Add salt, baking soda, flour, sour cream and sugar.
  3. Mix well again.
  4. Heat griddle until hot, butter lightly, and drop spoonfuls of batter onto the hot griddle.
  5. When a few bubbles appear on top of the pancake, turn them over and cook briefly.
  6. Serve with fruit and/or syrup.
