I made this for an Easter dessert. It was a nice change from traditional lemon pie. Very good!

Directions

  1. Combine sugar, cornstarch and milk.
  2. Add eggs, lemon juice and lemon rind; stir still smooth.
  3. Add butter;cook over medium heat stirring constantly.
  4. Boil about 1 minute; remove from heat and cool.
  5. Add sour cream and pour into a 9" baked pie shell; chill.
  6. Serve with Cool Whip.
