Sour Cream Coleslaw

"I love coleslaw, and this recipe is the result of combining several others...along with a few innovations of my own. The sour cream gives it a unique, smooth flavor, while the carrots make it sweet and give it a pretty orange tint. This is a great, refreshing salad to have alongside any grilled meat (or piled high on a hamburger). Cook time is chilling in the fridge."

• 1892.72 ml shredded cabbage
• 354.88 ml diced carrots
• 118.29 ml diced green pepper
• 59.14 ml minced red onion
• 118.29 ml sour cream
• 118.29 ml mayonnaise
• 29.58 ml apple cider vinegar
• 19.71 ml sugar
• 2.46 ml salt
• 1.23 ml ground black pepper
• 1.23 ml paprika

directions

1. Combine vegetables in large bowl.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; pour over vegetables and mix well.
3. Cover and chill.
