  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cream butter, add sugar gradually, beating until very light and fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  • Fold in sour cream and vanilla. Add flour, sifted with baking powder and salt.
  • Combine topping ingredients separately.
  • Pour about 1/3 of the batter into a well-greased, floured bundt pan or a 9" tube pan. Sprinkle with 3/4 of the topping mixture. Spoon in remaining batter. Sprinkle with remaining topping.
  • Bake about one hour.
