Sour Cream Coffee Cake

This recipe was given to me at a recipe/kitchen shower for my wedding. It is a favorite birthday cake of my friend, Laura.

Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Grease and lightly flour a 10 inch bundt or tube pan.
  3. Combine topping ingredients and set aside.
  4. Mix batter ingredients well and pour half of it into the pan.
  5. Sprinkle on half of the topping and then pour the remaining batter in the pan. Sprinkle on top the last of the topping mixture.
  6. Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
  7. Allow to cook for 30 minutes before turning out.
