Quick and easy coffee bread baked in a tube pan. Cinnamon and sugared pecans are baked inside and on top. Great for holiday giving or grab a cup of coffee and enjoy!

Directions

  1. Cream butter and 2 cups sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in eggs, one at a time and mix thoroughly.
  3. Beat in sour cream and vanilla.
  4. Fold in flour sifted with baking powder and salt.
  5. Combine 4 teaspoons sugar with cinnamon and pecans and mix well.
  6. Spoon about one third of batter into a well greased 9" tube pan.
  7. Sprinkle with about three fourths of pecan mixture.
  8. Spoon in remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining pecan mixture.
  9. Bake at 350° for 1 hour, or until done.
  10. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.

This is really good and very moist, the only change I made with this recipe is I increased the baking powder to 2 teaspoons. Thanks Marie!...Kitten:)
