Delicious, creamy mashed potatoes!
- 5 medium potatoes, peeled
- 29.58 ml butter
- 118.29 ml light sour cream
- 14.79 ml chives, chopped
- Steam potatoes until tender all the way through.
- Add all other ingredients, and beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Serve hot!
I made this minus the chives, due to children. I loved the creaminess. Salt and pepper is a must!! I like freshly ground. The sour cream adds to this dish, potatoes LOVE sour cream.
