- 177.44 ml milk
- 59.14 ml water
- 59.14 ml sour cream
- 29.58 ml margarine
- 7.39 ml sugar
- 7.39 ml salt
- 709.77 ml bread flour
- 0.61 ml baking soda
- 59.14 ml chives, minced
- 11.09 ml yeast
directions
- Place all ingredients in order given into bread machine pan.
- Select desired settings. I used the "rapid bake" function on my bread machine with good results.
- Note: If your bread machine has a timer feature, it is recommended not to use it for this recipe.

followed the recipe exactly, have been making bread machine bread for over 20 years and this recipe is a disaster. first time in my life the bread didnt rise, came out as a doughy wet unrisen loaf with a huge sunken crater in the middle and the bread was full of weird holes. Yes, my yeast is good before anyone assumes otherwise. not a good recipe.
