I made this recipe for (PAC) Pick~A~Chef Fall 2007. I love blueberry muffins, but I had never made them from scratch. They turn out wonderful, looked and tasted great. Mine were done in 15 minutes.

Very nice muffin, not too crumbly and not too thick. I covered my frozen blueberries with flour to keep them from sticking together and I think next time I may bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes since they seemed a bit overdone at the 400 degrees. Made this for Fall PAC'08. Thank you for sharing!

These were tasty and easy muffins. While we enjoyed them, they are a cakey textured muffin so probably won't make them again. And as with the other reviewer, they do bake fast. My oven is slow and they were well browned by 20 minutes.
