Just 3 ingredients! My mother always made these biscuits for me growing up and now they are a staple at my dinner table!
- melt butter and mix with flour and sour cream until blended.
- pour mixture into medium muffin tin about 2/3 of the way to allow for rising.
- bake at 350 degrees F until golden brown (about 20 minutes).
- batter will make about 10-12 biscuits.
I tried this recipe, but made a few changes. I use 1/2 cup butter and added 2 tbsp of sugar. Oh, and instead of putting them in muffin pans, I rolled the dough into 1 1/2 inch balls. They turned out great. My kids lived them :)
These biscuits were GREAT!! I added chives and a little grated parmesan cheese. Next time the only thing I would change is that I would put less butter. Way too much butter. I will probably half it. My family gobbled them up!
i really like the fell of these and they were very easy to make.....but my family and i thought they were missing something
