This dish was Fantastic!! Dh and I ate on it for 2 days. I used Red Enchilada Sauce for the sauce needed for this recipe. I did change directions a bit and found it was easier to do. I just fried up the hamburger meat and drained the fat and added the onions and sauted for about 5 minutes. Than added sour cream, alittle bit of the sauce, salt and pepper and some cheese. Mixed together and used 2 to 3 Tbs full to a tortilla foliled up and placed in baking dish that I had put some sauce to cover the bottom. I will be making this again! Thanks so much for sharing the recipe!

I really really loved this! DH wasn't crazy about it, but I thought it was great. I followed the directions exactly, except I used fairly small tortillas so I got 10 instead of 8. I wrapped half up and froze them for another meal and I'm excited about it! Served with Mexican rice and refried beans, so yummy!

This was good.. I started off with a different recipe...Complicated... Decided on this one,,, Super Easy & delicious. I followed another reviewer's advice,,, Added some sauce to the bottom of the dish. Rolled up the enchiladas covered with some salsa & cheese,, Into the oven,,, Put some sour cream on them as they came out of the oven. Some left and in the freezer.. Will make another easy dinner.. Thanks for a something different that husband would eat..... & enjoy...
