This recipe is so simple!! I love it as a snack any time of day. I like to heat the tortilla up in the microwave for about 30 seconds before I spread the sour cream on it. (But thats just me.)
- 1 tortillas or 1 toast rounds
- 2 -3 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 tablespoons green onions, Chopped (more or less to taste)
- Spread Sour Cream on Tortilla and sprinkle with Green Onions.
I used a crisp whole wheat tortilla & added a few other veggies to the top. Sliced black olives, diced fresh tomatoes, & finely shredded lettuce made this a filling snack. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
WOW, this is easy peasy to make, super quick and tastes so yummy! A great healthy snack that both my sis and me enjoyed a lot for a late lunch. I made a mini (or party) version using whole wheat bread slices and cutting them into rounds. I thought it looked super cute. :)

This was really good. I pureed a small tomato and mixed it in with the sour cream, turning it into a small lunch. I really enjoyed it alot.
