      My boyfriend and I loved these, and so did my coworkers when I took them into work. Very fun and easy to make! Would be just as yummy without the streusel if you don't like coconut.

      I've been on a muffin kick lately, so I'm glad I found these. Made with canned sour cherries. Also added mace and vanilla to the batter. I didn't put the cherries in layers, I just mixed them into the batter. My 2 year old was 'helping', so it was necessary. They still came out great though! Thanks!

      These are delicious! I will definitely make them again. I used 2 cups of fresh sour cherries instead of the canned cherries.
