This comes from Taste of Home Quick Cooking (I think). I modified it a bit for a vegetarian twist. Yet another great way to get rid of those dang pesty extra cans of soup in the cupboard!
- 2 -2 1⁄2 cups large dried textured vegetable protein or 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can vegetable soup
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- hamburger bun

- If using TVP, and enough water just to cover and bring to boil. If using hamburger, fry in skillet until brown. Either way, cook until done, you may need to add more water to the TVP if it is still rubbery.
- When done, add 1 can undiluted vegetable soup, ketchup and mustard.
- Heat and serve on buns.
