  1. PREHEAT oven to 425 degrees.
  2. Cook chicken in nonstick skillet until done and juices evapotate, stirring often.
  3. Add soup and water and heat through.
  4. Spoon about 1/3 cup chicken on half of each tortilla to within 1/2 inch of edge.
  5. Moisten edge with water. Fold over and seal.
  6. Place on 2 cookie sheets.
  7. Bake 5 minutes or until hot.
  8. Cut into wedges and serve with salsa.

I made this the other night using two large boneless, skinless chicken breasts that I poached whole in a small amount of chicken broth in a skillet then shredded. I also sprayed the tops of the quesadillas with Butter-Flavored cooking spray before I put them in the oven. Very tasty, very quick.
