  1. This was a wonderful recipe. My daughter and I loved it!

  2. This recipe earned rave reviews from my friends and it was nice and easy to make! Since I made it for a large group, I threw everything into the crockpot after browning the rice and let it sit on low for an hour or so. Great recipe which I will certainly make again!

  3. Sonoran Rice is easy and fun to make and turned out great. My guests were properly impressed. It is one of those recipes that leads you from one ingredient to another. Add some green chilies, a bit of V8 juice, top with cojack cheese. It is all good.

  4. Very good recipe. I recommend it highly. I have made this a few times and it turns out great every time. This has become my wife's favorite Mexican rice dish. I did substitute Rotell Mexican canned tomatoes with chiles for the picante sauce. I also added a small amount of fresh chopped cilantro.

  5. This was a very flavorful rice. We tasted it before adding cheese and it tasted pretty good and even better with the cheese. I had to add a little more chicken broth and cook a little longer because my rice was still a little crunchy after 20 minutes. Thanks Chuckster. Bullwinkle Bullwinkle
