I got this recipe from my boyfriends sister. I have no idea where she got it. It is a wonderful appetizer.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can minced clams with juice
  • 14 cup diced onion
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 12 cup soft margarine
  • 14 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 34 Ritz crackers, crumbled up

Directions

  1. Put Ritz crackers in a baking dish.
  2. Mix rest of ingredients and add to crackers.
  3. Stir just a little.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
  5. Use crackers, celery, etc. to dip.
