"I love experimenting with different homemade sauces, and is this one a real winning combo.... super sauce to use on steaks and burgers...great to have handy in the fridge."

• Yields: 2 cups

ingredients

• 1 cup bottled steak sauce
• 1⁄8 cup water or 1/8 cup broth
• 2 cloves fresh minced garlic or 1 tablespoon garlic powder
• 1⁄8 cup barbecue sauce
• 1⁄8 cup ketchup
• 1⁄8 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1⁄8 cup soy sauce

directions

1. Mix all ingredients in a saucepan; simmer for 5-10 minutes.
2. Store in the fridge.
