I made this for the annual cookie exchange and Christmas party-it was a big hit, several folks want the recipe! Thanks for a great and easy recipe. Definitely will make again - especially liked that it could be prepared ahead and then reheated (we did that part in the crock pot on low the day of the party).

Despite what OKRaeRae said, according to Kasrut, Coca-Cola is Kosher. http://www.kashrut.com/consumer/soda/

This left a very dark ,rich sauce. The flavor is unique. Easy and delicious, I would definitely do it again!

Couldn't rate this recipe, because I haven't tried it. Just wanted to point out that as it is, it's not kosher for passover. You should specify kosher for passover wine and ketchup, and Coke is not kosher for passover, though diet Coke might be. Looks like a great recipe, and I'll try it after the holiday.

This was easy and tastes great. However, when I finished cooking it, I could not slice it into nice pieces - it just fell apart. Next time, I'll cook it 3 hours, slice and then return to the oven to finish cooking.

What a nice, moist brisket! I did mine in a crockpot for about 5 hours on low. I marinated 8 hrs. Great flavors. Tell someone's Grandma thanks!
