these were good, the horseradish gives it a good kick. there was too much liquid in the mixture, sauce leaked out before i could seal the whole thing, but the taste was there. i grilled these, but made the mushrooms sauted with garlic and sliced vidalias. good summer fare!
Very good burgers. I grilled mine and they came out perfect. I didn't use mushrooms or cheese, but there were enough other good tastes that it was fine. Thanks for sharing.
I made this awhile back but forgot to review them. The big treat here is the horseradish. I left off the cheese when I made it and didn't miss it, but I'm sure they'd be great with the cheese, too.
I like it hot Bergy and these are great burgers! I thought it had just the right amount of kick. The patties were a little bit fragile at the start of cooking but they stayed together without much difficulty. Thanks for a zesty burger.
