This simple barbecue sauce is just right for one chicken breast. Cooking time will vary depending on how thick you want the sauce to be, and how much of the alcohol you want to retain

I never thought of using Bourbon in Barbecue Sauce; perhaps it's more common up north. But I've found that Bill Hilbrich knows his food! And he has created some wonderful recipes. This is another winner to add to my recipe collection. Thanks, Bill. Jenny
