Solar Cooked Easy Five Layer Cookie Bar Triangles

Our solar cooked version of the Magic Cookie Bar.

• Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients:

Servings: 5

• 1 prepared graham cracker pie crust
• 1 ½ tablespoons melted butter or 1 ½ tablespoons margarine
• ½ cup dessicated coconut flakes
• ¼ cup chopped nuts (pecans)
• ¼ cup chocolate chips
• 4 -5 tablespoons condensed milk

Directions:

1. Transfer prepared crust into a bowl & combine with melted butter.
2. Pour graham mixture into a , dark, ungreased dark 9 inch round pan & pressed into the bottom.
3. Sprinkle coconut flakes, nuts, and chocolate chips over.
4. Drizzle with condensed milk.
5. Place in your solar cooker.
6. Solar cook until golden brown or about 2 hours.
7. Transfer pan to a wire rack. Cool for 5 minutes.
8. Slice into triangles.
