- 236.59 ml molasses
- 236.59 ml brown sugar
- 236.59 ml water, hot
- 236.59 ml shortening
- 14.78 ml baking soda
- 19.71 ml ginger
- 2.46 ml nutmeg
- 1182.95 ml flour
directions
- Disolve baking soda in hot water.
- Mix all ingredients. Add more flour if needed to make dough the right consistency.
- Refrigerate overnight. Roll out and cut.
- 8 minutes at 450.
