  1. I was just looking for a recipe for a soft lemon cookie. I made the right choice. This has a nice tangy lemon flavor and it's soft and chewy. These cookies made me so happy. I used about 1/2 again as much lemon extract in the cookies as called for and about 1/2 again as much lemon juice in the glaze as called for. It was perfect!!!

  2. I made these for my neighbor for running some errands for me. Her family raved about them and I passed the recipe on to her. I sampled one and these are very light and tangy. They are so easy to make. Made for PAC Spring 2007.

  3. I was so excited today to see that I had my first review! I checked out the reviewer only to find that they too had no reviews, so I decided to return the favour. I selected this one as I was having dinner with my parents tonight and they are lemon fanatics. It went over very well, and my mom asked for the recipe. Thanks talldoc!!
