I made these for the Pick Your Chef Cookathon today. These are BEAUTIFUL! I chose to make these as muffins instead of cookies and they've come out wonderful. I baked these at 200C for 22 minutes. I'm so glad I picked you for my Chef;) Thanks for posting this recipe.

We really enjoyed these. They are very light and cake-like. Very chocolately. I'm also going to make these sometime as muffins or a cake.

I made these today and my kids said they are very good. My husband likes them too because they are very soft. They were easy to make and baked up nicely. Thank you Zenith!

Delicious! I made mine as mini-muffins, and baked them for about 20 minutes as well. (I made 15 of these for a practice at school, by the time the last person got there the muffins were already gone!)

I made these yesterday while they wrew puffy and soft I found letting them sit over night made them even better. I baked them for 8 mins. I also put the dough in the fridge to chill for easier handling. They remind me of the cake they use in hostess snoballs which I love! Call it my guilty pleasure.

I doubled the recipe and I used "Sugar In The Raw", instead of brown sugar (as I was out of brown sugar) . I used the same amount. I also added 1 tsp. of coffee extract, to give it a kick! And I also added 3-1oz squares of melted "Unsweetened Baking Chocolate Squares", (cooled) to the recipe at the very end, mixed it in well and then spooned on to my cookie sheet to bake. Baked 8 to 10 minutes and they were fantastic! Everyone loved them.!!!

Gale from NH

Just pulled my second batch of these out of the oven and they are incredible! I didnt have any vanilla extract but the cookies/cakes still taste great without. I baked at 400F for 11 minutes and they came out light, airy and perfectly soft on my newly wisdom teeth-less gums! Great recipe.

While I sprinkled with icing sugar, I might try coconut next time.

We did not care for these cookies. I followed the directions exactly and they turned out dry and a bit crumbly, reminding me of those old low fat Snackwells cookies. I rated as a 2 because they were edible, and may have tasted better with frosting, but I hate frosting cookies. Going back to our favorite chocolate cookie recipe.
