This is a staple in just about any Cuban dish. It's as common in Cuban cuisine as ginger is to Asian and tomatoes are in Italian. It can be used to enhance a sauce or marinade or to saute prior to cooking a meat dish. Extremely simple and versitile

Directions

  1. Blend all of the ingredients together in a food processor
  2. Seal in an airtight container.
