      Remove all the seeds from cleaned peppers and slice.

      Peel the onion and chop into a few pieces.

      Mix in a blender or a food processor with peeled garlic cloves, washed cilantro leaves and salt until pureed.

      Stays good about a week only in the reftigerator.
