These are nice and tender. I have made salmon patties many times over and don't believe I have precooked the onions before. The full recipe made 4 nice servings. They were served with fresh green beans and roasted poatotes.
Made these and my husband loved them.said they were the best ones I've ever made and I've made alto of them
Absolutely delicious and so easy! I used crushed Ritz crackers instead of bread crumbs. Yummy!!!
I used regular and lemon flavored olive oil with the butter to fry. I also seasoned salmon with parsley and alot of dill along with spring onion, used Italian bread crumbs. it was awesome!!!
These are delicious! Crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.
very delicious!!! So easy to make indeed!
These were absolutely perfect! I served them with fresh steamed cabbage, blackeyed peas, and hot biscuits.
I haven't tried this recipe yet, but it is a simple, quick recipe, and they sound delicious. I'm going to try them tonight.
I made these up, pre cooked them, just enough to keep them together, and then put them on the Grill for just a few minutes. We put them on a nice hamburger bun with some romaine lettuce and tomato, a little real mayonnaise and they were delicious. Son and daughter in law were over for dinner, and my son was looking for more, he finished up his daughters.
These salmon patties were excellent! Very easy to make. My husband who doesn't eat salmon patties had two and a half! My neighbor raved about them. This will be a keeper in my recipe box! Thanks for the recipe!
