I got this super easy cream cheese cake icing recipe from my best friend, Brandy, when I had made a cake & forgot to purchase icing. I'll never buy premade cream cheese icing again! It's yummy & sooo easy to make. You can also use fat free cream cheese, to cut calories & fat, still tastes good.


  1. Set Cream Cheese out to soften.
  2. In Large mixing bowl, add powdered sugar and cream cheese.
  3. Mix with mixer until smooth.
  4. Spread evenly over cake.
  5. Enjoy!

This was super easy and really yummy! I needed a buttercream frosting but didn't have enough butter for the I made this one instead! It was more than enough to ice 18 cupcakes. Next time I might add a tablespoon or two of cream or milk to make it just a tad thinner...Just to make it stretch a little more! Good recipe :)
