I just invented SNOWGURT! Snow icecream made with yogurt. It's yummy! My daughter says more more! I was going to make snow icecream with sweetened condensed milk, but didn't want all that sugar. This did the trick. Yummy! We made vanilla, we might try blueberry next! MMMMMM................ MMM the blueberry is wonderful too!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 6 ounces light vanilla yogurt (whatever flavor you like)
  • 2 -3 cups snow


  1. 1. Chill yogurt in the freezer for a couple minutes so it doesn't melt the snow so quickly.
  2. 2. Mix yogurt with snow until it is all mixed together.
  3. Add more or less snow as needed.
  4. 3. Enjoy!
