So easy to make, and a great Holiday dessert -

  1. In a large bowl, cream butter and 3/4 cup confectioners sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Blend in orange peel and extracts.
  3. Combine flour and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well.
  4. Stir in nuts. Shape into 3/4-inch balls.
  5. Place 1-inch apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes or until bottoms are lightly browned.
  6. Remove to wire racks to cool completely.
  7. Place remaining confectioners sugar in a large resealable plastic bag. Add cookies a few at a time and shake to coat.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
