This recipe is similar to my Cinnamon Snowballs and just as tasty. It would be a great addition to anyone's cookie tray. You could also use mini chips or milk chocolate chips instead of the semi-sweet chips.

  1. Cream butter and sugar together.
  2. Stir in egg and vanilla.
  3. Blend in flour then fold in pecans and chocolate chips.
  4. Form into walnut-sized balls and place in ungreased baking sheets.
  5. Bake at 350º for 15 to 20 minutes.
  6. Cool slightly.
  7. Roll cookies in powdered sugar several times to coat well.
  8. Store in an airtight container.
