I'm trying to include more veggies in my life so this one seemed perfect for me. And I love water chestnuts. I had to try it. It's so easy to do. I let it cook almost 15 minutes while I was doing many more things. I gave it a stir sometimes. I didn't add salt and pepper. I liked it that way. Very healthy and yummy. Thanks Annacia :) Made for Newest zaar tag

Very good! I use cooking spray instead of butter, I've made it with water chestnuts (good) and chopped baby corn (really good!). It has a really fresh taste without tasting fresh from the garden. A great way to use my garden's abundance of snow peas. Thank you!

How refreshing to find a snow pea recipe that is not swimming in sesame oil! I loved the freshness of this recipe, how it brings out the natural taste of the snow peas with its perfect balance of seasonings. Had the peas on hand, but no water chestnuts. No matter, they were delicious without! Pairs well with most meats and, because of the flavors, is not limited to Chinese (which I love by the way). I use just a smidgeon of Brummel and Brown in lieu of the butter. Thanks!

So easy to prepare. It compliments a dinner with it's natural flavor and brilliant color. Just enough lemon juice to accent flavor but not overpower. I served this as a side dish with Grilled Tilapia and Squash with cranberries & apples. The flavors just melded together. It was enjoyed by all Thanks Annacia for your recipe

Very easy and very quick. We used fresh snow peas and extra garlic. Lightly flavored, but that worked well because it let the flavor of the peas really stand out. A definite keeper.

Held off making this hoping for fresh snow peas, but finally had to give up and use frozen. This was still very good, with the small bit of lemon juice adding a nice lift to the flavor. A great, supereasy dish. I'm looking forward to making it again with fresh snow peas.
