  1. Combine sugar, sour cream and butter in a saucepan; bring mixture to a rolling boil stirring constantly.
  2. Boil for 7 minutes over medium heat stirring continuously.
  3. Remove pan from heat and stir in white chocolate chips until completely melted.
  4. Add marshmallow creme and walnuts; beat by hand until completely blended.
  5. Spread into a greased 9x9 pan.

YUM! I love the taste that the sour cream gave it! I am used to using mini marshmallows in fudge and I really liked the consistency that the marshmallow creme gave!
