"Biscuits inc. rolled oats, choc chips and raisins. My kids love these, think it's because of the vanilla. Quick to make"

• Yields: 30 cookies - approx

ingredients

• 200 g butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1⁄2 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2⁄3 cup flour
• 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda (bicarb soda)
• 3 cups rolled oats
• 1 cup chocolate chips
• 1 1⁄2 cups raisins (or replace some or all with coconut)

directions

1. Cream the butter and sugars.
2. Add egg, milk and vanilla and mix.
3. Add sifted dry ingredients.
4. Roll into balls and cook at 175C (350F) for 10-15mins.
