    This is my version of a favorite snickerdoodle.

    Ingredients:

    Serves: 10

    Directions:

      Preaheat oven to 400.
    2. 2
      Mix all ingredients together (except last 2 cinnamon & sugar which you should combine to roll the dough in) until stiff and almost crumbly.

      Roll about a 1 inch ball of dough and then roll that in cinnamon & sugar mix.

      Place on cookie sheet and back 10-12 minutes until spread but still thick and slightly firm to the touch.
