  1. Heat oven to 375f.
  2. Grease cookie sheet.
  3. In large bowl, beat together butter, brown sugar and 3/4 cup granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add eggs; mix well.
  5. In medium bowl, combine flour, oats, 1t cinnamon, soda and salt.
  6. Add to sugar mixture; mix well.
  7. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
  8. In small bowl, combine remaining 1 T sugar and 1 t cinnamon; sprinkle lightly over each cookie.
  9. Bake 8-10 minutes.
  10. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet; remove to wire cooling rack.
