I made these for Christmas and they are delicious. They turn out crunchy after a day, but they went perfect with coffee.

  1. Cream the butter thoroughly and gradually add sugar.
  2. Add eggs one at a time.
  3. In separate bowl sift dry ingredients.
  4. Add dry to wet and mix.
  5. Chill for 1-2 hrs Roll into 2" small balls and roll in cinna-sugar.
  6. Bake@ 350 for 5-10 min.
