My DSs (and I) have found we really like snickerdoodles; have had them a few times now over chocolate chip cookies and this is a good one too! I left out the cloves and nuts but otherwise made as written. Will be making these again! Made for Spring PAC 2013.

Made these last evening and the recipe was simple enough. I had to turn the oven down to about 350 degrees or they were burning. I keep looking over the recipe because it was almost like something was missing, like more sugar. They weren't very sweet. My son is a snickerdoodle lover and he ate one and wasn't interested. I think they taste more like a shortbread spice cookie.
