just me experimenting in the kitchen, trying to add more vegetables to our diet.

Directions

  1. preheat oven to 350.
  2. process carrots, celery and onion into fine pieces in food processor.
  3. combine all ingredients in mixing bowl.
  4. mix well with hands.
  5. roll into golf ball size meatballs and place side by side on cookie sheet.
  6. bake for 20 minutes.
  7. add to favorite spaghetti sauce.
  8. serve over pasta -- YUM.
