Directions

  1. Dust fish with one half of the crumbs and parmesan cheese.
  2. Dip in egg; coat with parmesan and crumbs again.
  3. Place in baking dish.
  4. Drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake uncovered at 500 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes.
  6. Cover filets with sauce.
  7. Top with mozarella.
  8. Return to oven until cheese melts.

This is an easy recipe which my family really enjoyed. A great use for leftover marinara sauce.
