This is a twist on the black and tan. Instead of ale, use hard cider. It adds a nice sweetness to th drink.
- 6 ounces hard alcoholic cider, well chilled
- 6 ounces Guinness stout, well chilled
- Pour Hard Cider into frosted glass.
- Add Guiness Stout second.
These are fantastic, but best ordered in an Irish or British pub. Some other places will try to substitute ingredients and it's just not the same.
