Ingredients Nutrition

  • 13 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate (2 squares)
  • 34 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 14 cups all-purpose flour
  • 12 teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 6 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 cup nuts (chopped)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Heat oil and unsweetened chocolate in 8-inch square pan in oven for 4 minutes.
  3. Add water, sugar, egg, flour, salt, baking soda, and vanilla.
  4. Beat with fork until smooth. (about 2 minutes).
  5. Spread evenly in pan.
  6. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and nuts.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
  8. Cool.
  9. Enjoy.
