This was really tasty. I've been pushing the family to eat more fish and I've been looking for healthier ways to prepare it. We used fat-free cheese and dried spices and also added a teaspoon of chopped garlic and this was GREAT! It also seemed like it was done cooking before I had even finished cleaning up from prepping the meal. My son is really picky about fish and he asked if I could make this again. I think we have a winner!

Yummy! This is a nice spring dinner. It's quick and easy, which is just what I was looking for. I used 5 tomatoes, which was too much. Next time I will cut it down to 3. Good stuff!

I didn't exactly have all these ingredients on hand, but what I used turned out wonderful. My parents were visiting the night I served my version of this dish and it was a HIT! I used a can of Diced Tomatoes and Green Chiles and dried herbs, since I did not have fresh. Turned out excellent!
