This was so easy and really tasty. I used only 1/2 can of the chipotle. It was good, but it would have been better if I had used it all, as written. Next time I won't chicken out! Thanks for posting.

This was a very simple and easy meal. The gravy was a little too hot for my younger kids but just right for the teens and adults. Perfect as a no-fuss weeknight meal. Thanks, PanNan. .

This is delicious, simple to put together and great flavours. I served with mashed potatoes and had lots of onion 'gravy' to serve over meat and potatoes. What a tasty meal, thanks for sharing.

This was a very tasty and well liked recipe by my family. I had some Sirloin steak that had been in the freezer for a long time and I was afraid it would be tough. I simply defrosted and then using my food processor, ground it up with some shallot and Adobo seasoning and made the steaks. It was absolutely tender, juicy and delicious.

Ohhh yummy gravy, with great heat!! and the best tasting patties!! Smothered beautifully with onions, followed the recipe exactly and DH said "Oh man this is good!" We will be making this often, wonderful flavours, thanks for sharing.

Surpassed expectations--the sauce, while full of heat, does not overwhelm--there's still a good beef flavor. The onions which get slightly carmelized in the first part of the cooking add a sweetness and mellowness to the sauce. I served this with CookGirl's Yellow Rice #139985--a lovely meal. My only change--I cooked the meat less in the first part--so that it was still medium (a little pink) in the center and used chicken stock (what I had on hand) in the suace which was great.
