So simple and so yummy. I used a hickory smoke barbecue sauce and a 4-blend cheese. Quick and good. Thanks NoraMarie for a nice treat. Made for All You Can Cook Buffet special.
Easy Easy Easy!!!!! I used Muenster, button shrooms, I sprinkled with Bella's Crazy Pepper! Great Stuff!!!! Mmmmmm....I used Bourbon BBQ Sauce. Quite tasty and will double for guests...as it was a big hit with Hubby!!! :)

This is an excellent dish. I put garlic salt, s&p then added the bq sauce, canned mushrooms and low fat mexican cheese. The chicken is extremely moist and delicious!!! Thanks for a great recipe.
Easy,and so good! I did use mushrooms,sauteed onions and swiss cheese,served it with oven roasted sweet potatoes and a green salad,it was wonderful.Had a nice chilled pils with it and icecream for desert! Thank you for sharing this recipe.
My dh thought this was great. Very easy and delish. I used OpenPit BBQ Sauce and Mexican Blend Cheese. I also sprinkle some Onion and Herb Mrs. Dash on the Chicken. I did top with the mushrooms and I baked it at 375 for 30 minutes. My dh said I did have to make it again. lol. Thank you!
This is defiantly my kind of recipe. Came together very quickly, great tasting, and looks nice. Can not tell that by the photo as the flash and the cheese made a glare mark and oh to bad for you I ate it before checking the photo. So sorry. Made using mushrooms and jack cheese. Had thin cut chicken breast that baked in 20 minutes at 375* F. Really is a quick and easy dinner. Thanks for the post.
This chicken was unbelieveably tender and moist. It was so easy and quick to make and my fork cut through it like butter. I topped mine off with grilled onions instead of the mushrooms and cheese making it a little lower in fat. Next time I will definitely try it with some cheese. Made for January, 2008 Bevy Tag.
I loved this, I love anything with BBQ sauce! I made as written apart from grilling a rasher of bacon per chicken breast and placing that and the mushrooms (which I softened in a little butter beforehand) under the cheese so the melted cheese coated everything! Lovely! Made for ZWT3 '07. Thank you!

I loved this recipe! I just changed it a little bit. I minced some garlic and got some black pepper and put them into the barbeque sauce and crumbled some bacon on top of the chicken with the mushrooms. It was great! Next time I will probably put some barbeque chicken seasoning on the chicken.
